The grant helps dairy, beef and pig farmers in England to invest in future-proofed slurry infrastructure and nutrient management systems with an aim to help reduce water and air pollution.聽
Members had the opportunity to learn more about the finer details of the grant, how to apply, the eligibility criteria and who to contact for more information.
Members were also given the opportunity to ask our panel questions, which many found beneficial.聽
"Very impressed with virtual NFU meeting. Answered many of my questions and it looks like CS (Countryside Stewardship) grant schemes and possibly FETF (Farming Equipment and Technology Fund) schemes look like the correct route for us.
