Farmers and landowners, this is your chance to understand LNRSs and help shape and deliver the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin strategy.

LNRS (Local Nature Recovery Strategies) are locally led plans mandated by the Environment Act 2021. Their aim is to recover nature and improve the environment by focusing on actions with the greatest impact. These strategies will cover the whole of England to create a Nature Recovery Network.听

The Shropshire LNRS is entering its final stages, and it is imperative that farmers and landowners have the opportunity to engage and feed into the process. To enable this, there are a series of drop-in sessions being held across the county. At these sessions farmers will be able to review maps of their land and make any comments.听
