Red Tractor is currently recruiting for a new Chair for its Poultry Sector Board.
The Sector Chair is appointed as a Director of Red Tractor and, therefore, a member of the main Red Tractor Board. In line with the governance structure, the role is also a member of the Standards Committee and potentially another sub-committee of the Main Board.
Key responsibilities include engaging equally with sector board members and all stakeholders in the sector, including farmers, farming unions, processors, end customers, trade associations, Food Standards Agency, other Assurance Schemes, and Certification Bodies. Bringing these stakeholders together, the successful candidate will be required to identify opportunities which contribute to Red Tractor鈥檚 vision and purpose.
