»Ê¼Ò»ªÈËhas achieved unprecedented media coverage in the wake of the Autumn Budget, building pressure on the government to reverse planned changes to inheritance tax.

Our mass lobby yesterday resulted in NFU members meeting with more than 200 MPs.

Across the 18 and 19 November, we published 106 posts across our seven social media channels. These resulted in:

1.8m total reach, 44.8k likes, comments and shares, and 5.2k new followers on our social media channels.


#BackBritishFarming and #StopTheFamilyFarmTax had a total of 11k mentions from 5.3k unique users.

They achieved a total reach of 18m and seen 50m times across all social media channels.


Since the announcement of the Autumn Budget on 30 October, our social activity across all channels has resulted in a total reach of 9.7m, 182.3k likes, comments and shares, and 24.1k new followers to our social media channels.
