Our next Midlands Combinable Crops board will take place on Monday 30 June where we will be visiting Staffordshire board member Rob Atkins’ farm.

After a brief update from the National Board, we will head to Atkins Farms, Field Hall, Stone Road, ST14 8SG which comprises 1200 acres across a range of soil types growing 900 acres of combinable crops and alternate crops. Alongside the arable, the farm runs a 350 head of beef cattle which utilises the farm grassland. Rob is also involved in lots of on farm trial work in partnership with Agrii, NIAB and South Staffordshire Water to name a few.
