Find out the latest on water resources in Kent, and how to build water resilience for the future.

The need to access water for food is high on the agenda, due to recent dry weather as well as future changes to abstraction and the need to adapt to climate change while protecting our countryside.听

Responding to calls from Kent members, we are providing an update on the current situation, and what options are available for building water resilience, on 26 June, 1pm to 4pm at the Orchard Event Centre on Niab鈥檚 East Malling facility.

This event will include an assessment of the current situation, and updates on policy developments, regional water resource planning and local initiatives.听

Among the speakers will be NFU National Water Resources Specialist Mark Betson, Sam Hughes from South East Rivers Trust and Lee Dance from Water Resources South East.
