Flora Archer
Norfolk County AdviserFlora joined the NFU regional team in May 2022 as County Adviser for Bedfordshire & Huntingdonshire, and was appointed Norfolk County Adviser on 1 February 2023.
She also leads the East Region Sugar Forum, a role she particularly enjoys, drawing on her previous experience with the BRRO (British Beet Research Organisation).
Prior to joining the NFU, she worked at Grainseed, where she managed official maize trials and later expanded into on-farm trials for a range of crops, including oilseed rape and grass. She also took on a sales role with a focus on forage crops.
Raised on an arable farm in Norfolk, she played a key role in establishing a diversified farm business 鈥� a riding school and livery yard. In her spare time, she enjoys show jumping with her two horses and is a passionate runner, having completed the London Marathon in 2024.
