Farmers are at the forefront of protection, using precision fertiliser application, cover crops, buffer strips, and wetland restoration to filter run-off. Many also invest in rainwater harvesting and improved slurry storage.
I have been advocating for our members about the efforts that are made to working groups this month and local community groups. 皇家华人supports these efforts through training, on-farm advice, and lobbying for fair, evidence-based regulation.
We're also working with a number of stakeholders and catchment partnerships to deliver practical solutions, ensuring Nottinghamshire鈥檚 water remains clean, healthy, and sustainable alongside productive farming.
